To return your product, you should mail your product to: 59 King St East, Stoney Creek, ON, L8G1J9, Canada.

Every Purchase will be shipped by FedEx. Once the product is shipped, the tracking number, along with all shipping information will be sent to the customer via email. Once your items are dispatched, the customer assumes all responsibility for lost or damaged product/packages. If the product you purchased is NOT available, we will contact you via email within 1-2 business day to notify you.     

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
